- Do you buy our product and sell it in Europe?As a rule, Active Trading does NOT buy or resell your product.
Payment is made in the order established by the contract between the Supplier and the Retailer. Under certain conditions, the Asset trading can contribute to the design of the factoring Provider. - Would you like to become our distributor?Active Trading does NOT act as a distributor or agent for the sale of your product.
- Will we have a direct contract with the retail chain?Active Trading acts as an agent-trader for your product, implementing one of the possible formats of work with the retailer, depending on your situation:
(a) a DIRECT contract between the supplier and the retailer; or
b) a chain of two "mirror" contracts: between the supplier and the Asset trading and between the Asset trading and the retailer. - Can I pay for your work after the release of my goods to the trading chain?Work of Active Trading on the First stage (information preparation and registration of goods) is made on the terms of advance payment monthly.
